The Company 

            Rota-Fort Machine Shop (RMS) has two branch offices located in Cubao and Pasay City, Philippines that cater the needs and services / sales requirements to its client.

            It has several affiliated branches across Luzon to provide extensive choices of branded products.  The company's seamless operations enable it to offer a wide array of products and services.

History

1969 – The company has grown its root from Rotary Appliances and Service Center managed by Mr. Fortunato C. Eusebio and his wife Lucy which was only funded by a two thousand-peso capital. It offers repair services from window type to centralized air-conditioners household, and commercial refrigeration system and other appliances.

 1982 – Due to hard work and determination, from repair services, the company ventured to retailing of refrigeration and air-conditioning parts supply.

 1986 – Wholesaling to other retail shops follows where the company committed their dedication to provide the quality services to its client ventured to other business sector. The company accepts job orders from engineers to fabricate machine parts. Another division was born which was the “Machine Shop”. The availability of these machineries was another opportunity to take and with enough capital, the company proceeded to manufacture its own filter drier “The Rotary Super Drier” with patent no. UM 8072 then came the production of brass fittings, accumulators, strainers, flare nuts and unions. It also manufactures FREON tanks with patent no. 3-1996-12181. Production increased by leaps and bounds with its acquisition of  MazakquickturnCNC  from Japan.

1992 – May 4^th, Mr. Eusebio, together with his wife and children incorporated the Rotary Appliances and Service Center  and gave a new name (ROTARY) located at 765 Edsa, Malibay Pasay City. It has branches in Cubao, Malate, Makati, Biñan in Laguna, and Imus in Cavite. The company saw the need to bring products to end users. Three affiliates were created specifically to cater these needs. They are located in Evangelista Makati, Malate, Tondo Manila, both bearing the name of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Supplies.

2005 – A need for management flexibility rendered the Corporation to decentralize its operation into its present affiliates with Rota-Fort as Head of operations. With the newly constructed Headquarters in 765 Wood St., cor. Edsa Malibay, Rota-fort & its affiliates has finally found its permanent home.
